The Management of Caeser Enterprises is committed to the health and safety of its employees and for all who are involved in our services. Protection of employees from injury or occupational disease is a major continuing objective.

People are our greatest resource and most valuable asset. We value their safety above all else.
Our Safety Program is rooted in the belief that when you put people first, success will follow. Our Value-Based Safety Program requires worker buy-in and global thinking, as opposed to a Priority
Based Program which emphasizes specific tasks, outcomes and statistical results. Safety is everyone's job. We encourage employees to think of working safely as protecting their neighbours, their families and their friends. Safety is a way of life and a constant endeavor. Our goal is simple: we want every worker to go home safely to their families every night.
We are committed to continuing improvement toward an accident-free workplace through effective administration, education and training. All supervisors and workers must be dedicated to the continuing objectives of eliminating the “near misses” which will greatly reduce the risk of injuries.

This health and safety (HS) policy is reviewed periodically to ensure its ongoing suitability and effectiveness. While we provide a strong and visible leadership commitment to Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), everyone at Caeser Enterprises has individual authority, responsibility and accountability for the safety of themselves and others, and an obligation to actively participate in promoting an effective EHS culture.
